Condition: Original champagne finish is in rough original condition. The clear coat has begun to flake and chip (see photos). There are scuffs, small scratches, slight fading on the top (see photos). The piece itself is solid maple. Restoration would bring it from a 6 to a 10. Very sturdy, no wobble, drawers glide easily.
