Condition: Vintage upholstery is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. Cushion has a decent amount of life left in it. There is one notable fabric pull on the back of the seat along the top edge (see photos). Otherwise no major stains, holes, burns, rips, or tears in the fabric.
