Condition: The fabric itself is in good vintage condition. Some fading and discoloration from age. Unforunately the cushions / foam padding inside is brittle and will need to be replaced. Armrests have covers which are removable. Please inspect photos carefully and contact with any questions prior to purchase. The covers on the cushions have zippers so foam could be replaced relatively easily. 8/10
